# First Appointment

## **Steps to Setting up Your first appointment:**

Go to **"My Booking Types"**  and either **"Edit" old booking type or "Create" new**

### **Step 1:  Fill Basic Details**

* **Title** **-** Meeting Title
* **Description -** Keep it short and crisp for best result
* **Duration -** Meeting Duration
* **Price:** **Set "Zero"** if **don't want to show** it on the booking page
* **Payment Options:** Offline or Stripe (**Tutorial for stripe linked below**)

### **Step 2: Appointment Details**

#### **Fill in the Appointment details**

* **Slot Generation:** It is basically the **frequency of slot generation**

**Example** - Set Slot Generation to "Every 20 mins" 

If the first slot is 9:00 -9:30 then the second slot will be 9:20-9:50 and so on.

* **Group Booking -** Number of people that can book in a particular time slot

 **Example-** Group Booking set to 2 **-** Total 2 people will be able to book in a particular time slot9-9:30 slot
