# Email Reminder

**Step 1:** Go to **"My Booking Types"**  and either **"Edit" old booking type or "Create" new**

**Step 2:** Under the **"Product Details"** tab select **"Email Reminder"**

**Step 3:** Set the number of days/ hours that you want the customer to receive reminder on

**eg : 1 Hour(s) Before** will send reminder 1 hour before the meeting time

**Step 4:** Click on update to save settings.
